Were glad you asked! Your work request when submitted is taken with the highest priority. When a work order is submitted an electronic file of your request is sent not only to the field coordinator’s cell phone, but also to the main office where your request is reviewed and processed.

Once your order has been processed it will be asigned to a field coordinator and a date and time will be e-mailed back for your review and approval. After your request has been approved you will be sent a confirmation and your date and time will be set.

Once your request had been fully processed your date and time slot are guaranteed. If you are unable to meet you will be able to re-submit your request within 48 hours.
